Marc van der Vleugel is the leader of our Europe, Middle East and Africa Enterprise Technology practice and is an expert in the European Financial Services practice.
Since joining Bain in 2011, Marc has primarily worked with small and large companies in the European financial industry. He advises his clients on improving efficiency, service level & quality, speed, accuracy and reliability.
Marc possesses strong expertise in IT strategy, IT outsourcing, IT full potential programs and design & implementation of global IT organization and governance structures. He also specializes in turnaround, transformation and post-merger integration (PMI).
Prior to joining Bain, he held the position of senior executive in the financial services sector of another global consulting firm.
Marc holds a Master of Economics from the University of Namur.
