Marc has extensive expertise in customer service transformations, having pioneered the implementation of AI and analytics solutions in contact center environments throughout his career. He has successfully deployed multiple large-scale AI-powered customer service solutions, combining deep knowledge of traditional contact center technologies with cutting-edge AI applications. His experience spans the full spectrum of delivery models, including onshore operations, offshore vendors, and captive centers.
Throughout his career, Marc has worked extensively with Bain's strategic technology alliance partners, including AWS, Microsoft, OpenAI, and Google, to bring cutting-edge solutions to clients. He helps organizations implement enterprise-grade AI solutions that revolutionize customer experience, knowledge management, and personalization at scale.
