Laura Hansen

Laura Hansen is a member of our Bain Academy practice.

She partners with global clients to design and deliver capability-building experiences in areas including Agile innovation, commercial excellence, customer experience, and coaching. Laura has worked with multiple organizations across industries to standup Agile teams, as well as leading customer experience design projects to understand the voice of the customer.

She also has served as a trainer at Bain's global and local consulting training programs.

Laura originally joined us in 2012 and has spent time working in our Boston, Washington, D.C., and New York offices.

She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing, her Master's in Public Health from the University of Virginia, and her MBA from Harvard.
