Kentaro Moriguchi is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, as well as a leader of our Construction and Real Estate practices in Tokyo. 

Kentaro has more than 15 years of consulting experience, mainly focusing on the healthcare domain, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and digital health, in addition to sectors closely related to everyday life, such as real estate, nursing care, and food. He advises clients on corporate transformation through his involvement in a broad range of projects, including company-wide strategies, growth strategies, M&A support, and operational reforms.

His extensive experience encompasses highly specialized areas, particularly in the healthcare domain, including medical policies, R&D, and innovations. It is built on deep expertise in regulatory developments both within and outside Japan, as well as R&D trends and cross-industry themes.

Kentaro has engaged in a wide range of projects, from growth strategies to operational reforms, including company-wide, new business, go-to-market, marketing, and market access strategies; sales and R&D reforms; and large-scale transformations. He also has extensive experience in cross-industry themes and medium- to long-term industry structure and regulations.

Kentaro began his career with us and then spent time at M3 and another top firm before rejoining our firm.

He earned his master’s degree in mathematics and his bachelor's degree in science from Kyoto University.
