Karsten Petersen is the leader of our Next℠ practice in EMEA.
Karsten is an entrepreneur and business builder focused on helping companies innovate, grow, and rapidly scale while building sustained competitive advantage. His work spans innovation strategy and organizational systems to support them in growth-led transformations, including taking bold new products and ventures from seed to scale.
Karsten has founded several start-ups and co-founded Vertical Strategy and served as partner prior to joining Bain.
Karsten advises clients across a range of industries, most recently leading innovation and business building engagements in the financial services, food & agriculture, healthcare, energy and advanced manufacturing sectors.
He holds a M.S. in Engineering from Aalborg University.
