Kalit Jain

Kalit Jain is a member of our Procurement practice, with deep experience in Consumer Products and the Healthcare and Lifesciences industries.

Kalit has worked with several leading companies across industries, with a special focus on food & beverage, personal care, pharma and medtech. His work involves value diagnostics, spend optimization programs, operating model design and digitization of procurement functions.

Prior to joining Bain, Kalit gained experience as a Chief Procurement Officer in the MedTech industry. He also worked at Globality, a procurement technology company, where he scaled-up one of the world's first autonomous sourcing platform and provided client's with a unique perspective to drive transformation of the procurement function.

In his personal time, Kalit is passionate about playing cricket with his two sons, enjoys cooking and experimenting with new dishes for his friends, and loves to travel.
