Giovanni Battista Miani

Giovanni Battista Miani is a member of our Private Equity and Healthcare and Life Sciences practices.

Since joining Bain in 2005, Giovanni has advised clients on topics including strategy, M&A, commercial excellence, performance improvement and organisation across a wide range of geographies. His sector expertise encompasses pharmaceuticals and medtech, private providers and several healthcare services, from both corporate and private equity perspectives.

Giovanni has led numerous due diligences with leading private equity funds across the EMEA region.

He holds a degree in international management from Luiss Guido Carli University, Rome.
