Eric Guraieb

Eric Guraieb is a member of our Energy and Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices.

He holds a broad base of consulting expertise acquired in North America and the Middle East, mainly in the industrial sector, where his focuses lie in energy, infrastructure and manufacturing.

Eric has extensive experience advising clients on strategy, new business ventures and operational transformations, including cost reduction, organization, supply chain and lean manufacturing. He has also led several engagements for regional governments, emphasizing economic development, R&D and innovation, and energy policy.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Concordia University (Montreal).
