Emmanuel Coucke leads Bain's Results Delivery® practice in Southeast Asia and has over 15 years of experience driving transformational change across multiple industries in both developed and emerging markets, including North America, Western Europe, Southeast Asia, India, China, Latin America and central Asia.
He holds deep expertise in telecommunications, media and technology (TMT), combining previous industry experience at Vodafone with advising clients in TMT on transformations, digital, growth strategies, performance improvement and customer experience. He also advises clients in Energy & Natural Resources and Oil & Gas on topics related to strategy-led transformation, digital and performance improvement.
Emmanuel holds an MBA from London Business School, as well as a two Masters degrees in Engineering and Computer Science.
