Cinzia Maggiore

Cinzia is part of Vector, Bain's digital practice, serving as a key member of the AI, Insights, and Solutions leadership team, advising clients across the EMEA region.

With about 15 years of strategic consulting experience, Cinzia specializes in customer experience, business transformation, innovation, and product development. She challenges the status quo and promotes design thinking and lean start-up to transform the ways of working in client organizations.

Prior to Bain, Cinzia worked as associate director for a major international engineering firm on asset management, business intelligence and digital transformation programs.

A recipient of the prestigious Marie Curie Scholarship, Cinzia holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham, UK. She is also a certified Scrum Master, and Product Owner, guiding organizations in adopting agile practices and cultivating the right mindsets to build capabilities and achieve sustainable growth.
