André Mello is a member of our Financial Services and Retail practices, based in São Paulo. He is an expert in corporate and business unit strategy, customer segmentation and loyalty, M&A, post-merger integrations, organizational restructuring, go-to-market strategy, and commercial due diligence.
With more than a decade of consulting experience, André advises the top management of large national and multinational groups in several industries such as financial services, especially in individual and corporate banking and payments, retail (apparel, grocery, gas stations and tourism) and private equity. He has experience in several geographies, such as Brazil, the US and Canada.
André has recently advised large retailers and financial service providers on innovation themes including ecosystem-building, conducting digital transformations, and exploring the opportunities of new market developments such as instant payments and open banking.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School as a Baker Scholar and graduated from Escola Politécnica da Universidade de São Paulo (Brazil).
