He primarily advises leading aviation and transportation companies across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and North America, bringing deep expertise in commercial function (including revenue management, sales, distribution), strategy (including network development, fleet planning, product, customer experience), and operations (including schedule development, crew planning, day-of-operations).
Beyond his work in aviation and transportation, Alexey has supported clients in banking, insurance, metals, and advanced manufacturing sectors on topics related to commercial excellence, performance improvement, and strategy. He also has significant experience in leading large-scale and AI-driven transformation programs, launching new products, and shaping go-to-market strategies.
He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing football, and competing in IRONMAN races. He also contributes op-eds to leading business publications in Southeast Asia.
