Korean business lagging behind in “Loyalty Management”
Korean consumers are not likely to recommend to others the products and services of the mobile communication and insurance industry. The same is true of the banking industry except KB, which received relatively good feedback among 9 banks surveyed. These are the results of the recent three-week Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey co-conducted by global consulting firm Bain & Company and Maeil Business Newspaper on 9,450 Korean consumers evaluating 40 enterprises in eight industries.
