Pierre-Frederic Barriere is a member of our Finance Transformation and Process Excellence practices.

A specialist in ERP programme and process transformation, Pierre-Frederic leads finance transformation initiatives across sectors, including consumer goods, retail, luxury, and pharmaceuticals, helping global clients streamline operations and achieve scalable efficiencies. Known for his people-focused leadership and passion for data analytics, Pierre-Frederic brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on problem-solving to each engagement.

In his current role, he guides clients through high-impact finance transformations, advising on finance scope, harmonization, and digital ecosystem integration. With deep expertise in areas such as working capital optimization, strategic investment appraisal, and digital transformation, he leverages advanced process mining, automation, and machine learning to deliver measurable value and drive operational excellence.

Prior to joining us, Pierre-Frederic gained 20+ years of experience across various roles including Global Head of Finance Process Transformation at Chanel and Head of Finance Analytics, Process Mining and Automation at GSK.

Pierre-Frederic holds an Executive MBA from Kingston University and a Digital Transformation certification from Imperial College. A dual national fluent in French, he brings a global perspective enriched by his love for travel and culinary exploration, which complement his passion for building cross-cultural, high-performing teams.
