Consultant - Consumer Products - Brussels

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Consultant in Bain’s Consumer Products (CP) Practice at our Brussels office, you will help leading companies navigate disruption, achieve sustainable growth, and maintain their competitive edge.

Your role will include:

• Delivering impactful solutions: Partner with clients in sectors such as food, beverages, personal care, and luxury goods to develop winning strategies using tools like Bain Radar 360 Strategy®.
• Driving growth and innovation: Accelerate brand growth, optimize go-to-market models, and reshape portfolios through strategic M&A. Support clients in integrating sustainability into their strategies to turn ESG challenges into opportunities.
• Enhancing operational performance: Streamline operating models, improve supply chains, and leverage Bain’s tools to drive efficiencies and meet ESG targets.
• Focusing on consumers: Deepen client understanding of consumer behavior to deliver personalized, data-driven results using tools like Bain’s Brand Accelerator.
• This role provides the opportunity to work with top Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies and drive meaningful impact while gaining expertise in a dynamic and evolving sector.

ABOUT YOU

• Academic background in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or CSR is valued.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Consumer Products/Retail sector or in consulting is mandatory.
• A solid team player who is also an independent thinker.
• A robust analytical skillset, endless curiosity, and a penchant for thinking the impossible.
• Deadline-driven, organized, and able to multitask.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills are important.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; French and/or Dutch are encouraged but not required.
