Wagner has more than 12 years of management consulting experience.
He has worked with top management of large national and multinational groups across a range of industries, including chemicals, energy, agribusiness, financial services, logistics, airlines and private equity. He has led engagements addressing operations excellence, performance improvement, demand and supply planning, commercial excellence, business unit strategy, M&A, strategic planning, customer loyalty and supplier management.
Prior to joining Bain in 2010, he worked at BAT in Brazil and at Michelin in France and Canada in operations areas.
Wagner holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Masters of Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Nantes and Industrial Engineering degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.
