Owain Mulligan

Owain Mulligan is a member of our Private Equity, Technology and Cloud Services practices. An expert in diligence of software and technology assets, as well as marketing and information services businesses, he has extensive experience in supporting both the buy side and sell side. He also has significant experience in post-acquisition value creation and fund strategy.

Prior to joining our team in London, Owain spent six years in both the British Army and UK Government service, and helps lead our local Veterans At Bain initiatives.

Owain holds a BA in modern history from the University of Oxford, and an MBA from London Business School.
