Dr. Gilbert Grima is a member of the firm's global Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. He has extensive experience collaborating with leading healthcare companies in Switzerland, the EMEA region, and globally. His professional portfolio primarily encompasses initiatives in strategy and organizational development.
Within his internal role at Bain, he is actively involved in human resources, serving as the Head of HR for Bain & Company in Switzerland while concurrently holding the position of Global Lead Employee Experience.
His commitment is also evident in the realm of Social Impact, where he holds a leadership position at Bain Switzerland and oversees the global partnership with multiple NGOs.
Dr. Gilbert completed his studies at the Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule (ETH) in Zurich, earning a master's degree in biology. Subsequently, he obtained his doctorate in neurochemistry at the Brain Research Institute of the University of Zurich.
