Acerca de Colleen

Colleen Lin is the Global Head of Primary Research for Bain.

Colleen has 15+ years of experience in the areas of insights and user research across industries including retail, financial service, consumer products, media and entertainment, private equity and more. Her work focuses on leveraging different research and analytical toolkit to unpack user /customer insights to help answer business strategy, branding, customer and product design questions.

Beyond the client work, Colleen is responsible for leading and growing the Primary Research function at Bain.

Before joining Bain in 2013, she worked for four years at Ipsos as the Marketing Science director. Prior to Ipsos, she spent years sitting in the customer insights division at a telco Co, managing primary research across different phases of products' life cycles. Colleen holds PhD candidacy of sociology, focused on research methodology.
