Varun Jain

Varun Jain is a member of our Private Equity practice, with deep expertise in education and technology.

Varun's experience in education covers early childhood, K12, higher education and corporate training / lifelong learning. In technology, Varun's experience has covered a variety of horizontal software, vertical software, hardware, and technology services, including emergent technologies that growth investors are focused on.

His case experience covers target identification, M&A support, diligence, post-acquisition growth strategy and product strategy. Varun has served clients in North America, MENA, EMEA and APAC regions.

In addition to his role at Bain, Varun is a member of the AAB leadership team, and a member of the Offsite team.

Varun received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
