Lucy Cummings

Lucy Cummings is the Americas and global practice director for Bain & Company's Strategy practice.

While at Bain, Lucy has worked with clients to develop growth strategies, install new strategic planning processes, develop loyalty programs and conduct partner negotiations. She has worked extensively across the retail, financial services and healthcare industries.  

In her practice director role, Lucy is responsible for the Strategy practice's IP development, strategic and operational planning, commercial development and knowledge management with a particular focus on digital strategies and strategic planning. 

Lucy earned an MBA with highest honors from Harvard Business School and graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University with an AB in American history.
