Lucia Li

Lucia Li is an expert in the firm’s Private Equity, Advanced Manufacturing & Services and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

Since joining Bain in 2005, Lucia has conducted commercial due diligence for numerous private equity clients across a range of industries. Her sector expertise encompasses agribusiness, chemicals, general industrial equipment and components.

Her core capabilities include strategy, mergers & acquisitions and retail cost reduction. She is also deeply versed in the Net Promoter System® (NPS), specializing in bottom-up NPS.

Lucia holds an MBA from The University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Management, as well as both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Tsinghua University.
