Laura Polasek

Laura Polasek is a member of our Vector: Digital Delivery practice.

Laura has more than 10 years of management consulting experience. She joined us in 2007 and developed a passion for helping clients in the consumer product and retail industries solve their most challenging issues, including growth, sales and marketing, branding, value creation planning, and operating model. In the last years, Laura’s expertise focused on digital transformation and innovation, helping clients design, build, and scale digital solutions.

As a practice director, Laura is involved with many aspects of the practice’s intellectual property, client work, and operations. She plays a critical role in deploying our best thinking and new digital capabilities in client engagements and contributes to the practice’s knowledge base and published materials.

Laura has applied her management consulting experience globally, having worked in our Milan, Sao Paulo and Amsterdam offices. She also worked in Merill Lynch’s Derivatives division in London and in Sky’s Strategy department in Munich.

She holds an M.S. in Economic and Social Sciences, with honors, from Bocconi University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Economic and Social Sciences, with honors, from Bocconi University.
