Iwona Steclik is a member of the firm's Financial Services practice.
She has more than 15 years of consulting experience, focusing on corporate strategy, transformation, restructuring and performance improvement, primarily in retail and universal banking.
She also has deep expertise in banking M&A/transaction support and commercial due diligence across different sectors.
Iwona has worked with global, regional and focused banks across Europe, Middle East, Asia and North America.
She received an MBA degree from INSEAD and an MSc in Telecommunication Engineering (Diplome d'Ingenieur) from ENST.
