Horace is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail and Private Equity practices, with extensive experience in multiple market sectors including dairy, personal care and packaged food.
Horace has provided strategic and operational consulting services to many companies and investors, successfully helping them achieve business growth and strategic transformation. His consulting areas include full potential growth strategy, 360° business strategy diagnosis, brand acceleration, second growth engine, and Go-to-Market transformation.
As a member of our private equity group, he also led and participated in several commercial due diligences, strongly supporting private equity funds' investment decisions in the consumer goods and retail sectors.
Horace has worked in Bain's Singapore and London offices. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master's degree in Applied Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and a Master's degree in Engineering from the Ecole Centrale Paris.
