Beatrice Valagussa is a member of our Consumer Products practice.
She has more than 10 years of consulting experience with us across EMEA, including in Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and Russia.
Beatrice primarily advises large multinational clients in many Consumer Products categories, both food and non-food. She is an expert in operational growth, having led several repeatable brand acceleration programs that turned into remarkable client success stories.
Her expertise spans across consumer-led demand spaces, commercial excellence, strategy and operating model, having also led one of biggest integrations ever in the Consumer Products space.
In addition to her client work, Beatrice is an active member of our Womxn at Bain affinity group in Italy, and contributes to our local recruiting efforts.
Prior to Bain, Beatrice spent 5 years at Goldman Sachs as a credit & risk management associate in their London office.
Beatrice holds an MSc and an undergraduate degree, both summa cum laude, from Bocconi University in Milan. She is fluent in 4 languages.
