Tristan is a member of our Transformation & Change Management practices, leveraging almost 20 years of experience leading global organizations and teams through change.

Tristan has worked for Bain for almost 10 years (over two periods), working across London, the US, Europe and Australia with experience across multiple sectors, including energy & natural resources, travel and airlines, consumer products and retail, and healthcare. In her role, she focuses on establishing large-scale transformation programs and results delivery office, building leadership engagement and alignment, culture change and capability development to support change.

She also leverages her experience of almost a decade leading company-wide and divisional transformation and change as a senior global leader in B2B travel technology. Her experience includes strategic change, operating model evolution, go-to-market and customer segmentation transformation, B2B commercial excellence, restructuring for cost reduction, culture change, M&A and divestitures, and top team capability and effectiveness.

Tristan recently returned to Australia with her family after 22 years of living and working across the US, UK, and Europe. She holds an MBA from Kellogg and a B in Commerce from UNSW.
