Som specializes in advising clients across the food, beverage, beauty, and pet sectors. She is an expert in strategy, brand growth, commercial excellence, and performance improvement, with a track record of creating sustainable results.
In addition to her client work, Som helps lead the intersection of strategy and consumer products for Bain, and sits on our London office's internal promotion and development committees.
Outside of work, Som is the mum of a two-year-old, loves travel and adventures, and serves as an advisory Board member of LEYF (a fast-growing charitable nursery group) and RUKA (a hair care start-up aimed at the under-served market for Black women).
