Robert Ruhlandt

Dr. Robert Ruhlandt is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has more than 10 years of consulting experience. He works with our clients' management teams to develop solutions for their most pressing operational and strategic challenges and supports organizations in driving implementation.

Robert specializes in advising leading industrial companies across the machinery, construction, and metals sectors. His work centers on business strategy, service optimization, and value creation planning, as well as large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs. He has advised public, family, and PE-owned firms on optimizing operational processes, production sites, corporate efficiency programs, and growth-driven strategies.

Robert holds a bachelor's and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, a master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University, and a doctorate in Civil Engineering from Stanford University.
