Rachel Amory

Rachel Amory is an expert in our Financial Services practice, with more than 14 years of consulting experience working across the technology, private equity and financial services industries.

Rachel primarily advises financial services clients and private equity investors that are active in this space. She is an expert in customer experience and service delivery in consumer banking and payments and has led multiple transformation efforts.

She is also a leader in Bain’s Fintech practice where she has helped private equity investors accelerate the growth of investments, with relevant experience across payments, fraud and identity, digital assets, embedded finance and neobanks.

In addition to her client work, Rachel plays an active role in developing and leading our people including serving as the New York office lead for our Personal Capacity program.

She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and an undergraduate degree, with from Boston College.
