Grace Wynn

Grace Wynn is a member of the firm’s Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.

Grace works extensively with investors and corporate clients across the healthcare value chain, including provider, payer, healthcare services, med tech and pharmaceuticals. She holds deep expertise in commercial due diligence, portfolio value creation planning and customer strategy/marketing.

Prior to joining Bain in 2014, Grace worked for a boutique investment bank where she was a member of the healthcare team.

She holds an MBA from the Columbia Business School and a bachelor’s degrees in economics, magna cum laude, from Davidson College.
