Casi (Lumbra) Carlson is a member of our Retail practice.
Casi has advised industry-leading clients across a variety of strategic and operational topics. Much of her work has focused on growth strategy, go-to-market transformation, and supply chain topics. Her case portfolio also includes customer experience, employee experience, and ESG.
Beyond her casework, Casi has served as Associate Consultant Program Manager for the San Francisco office and is on the Black at Bain leadership team. Outside of Bain, she enjoys boutique fitness and exploring Paris & Sonoma, her favorite places.
Casi holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University.
