Based in São Paulo. Andre is an expert on customer relationship management and digital, André has recently advised clients across the general merchandise, mass and specialty retail, including marketplaces, supermarkets and hypermarkets, apparel and footwear, delivery platforms and restaurant sectors.
He has also led various consumer engagement, loyalty and CRM projects, web3, in addition to diligence and value creation efforts for Private Equity clients.
André holds a master's in petroleum engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
