Séverine Leca

Séverine Leca is the global leader of our Results Talent Network (RTN) solution, through which she is reponsible for our rapidly growing freelance talent network available to Bain teams and for business adjacencies on flexible workforce.

Séverine is a seasoned expert on solving complex business issues related to talent that lead to incremental growth and economic value for senior client executives and Bain, focusing mostly on talent acquisition, talent development and engagement and more recently flexible workforce. She has operational experience and a track record of leading the people agenda of Bain Paris where she served as HR and Talent VP during 6 years. She has also been an active contributor of Talent and DEI initiatives in EMEA.

Prior to joining the firm, Séverine was a practice leader in executive search, serving large international clients as an executive recruiter mainly in the professional services, private equity and industrial sectors. She also contributed to leadership assessments for her clients.

Prior to doing so, she was a consulting principal at a different consulting firm, leading strategy and transformation projects for large clients mainly across financial services, private equity, retail and media industries.

She holds a master's in management from HEC Paris.
