Experiencia
Rob Ferguson is a member of our Financial Investors and Private Equity practice.
He has worked with leading investment firms on due diligence across stages (venture, growth, and buyout), with a particular focus on software and other high-growth technology companies. His case experience includes market assessments, target identification, diligence, M&A support and post-acquisition value creation. Rob has served clients in North America, EMEA and APAC.
In addition to his client work, Rob leads the training of Bain's new graduate and post MBA hires for the San Francisco office.
Rob graduated from the University of Oxford with a master's in mathematics.
In his personal time, Rob enjoys cooking and exploring the outdoors, with a particular passion for skiing, mountain biking and backpacking.
