Natasha Kaars Sijpesteijn is a member of FRWD® in the firm's Marketing Excellence practice.
She advises clients across geographies and industries, including consumer products, luxury, private equity, financial services, and technology. Her work spans modern marketing transformation, digital partner commerce, private equity due diligence, marketing operating model design, and brand growth strategy. She also plays an active role in talent development and diversity and inclusion initiatives within the firm.
Prior to joining us, Natasha led global media, content, and e-commerce strategy development, as well as activated digital campaigns, for clients of major agency holding companies.
She holds a BSc. (Hons) in Business Management from King's College London and is a licensed Scrum Master and winner of Bain's Coach of the Quarter award.

Outside of work, Natasha supports foster children in care, is currently taking a mindfulness course, and enjoys skiing, discovering emerging artists, and decorating her new home with her husband.
