Emilia is a leader in the Corporate Support practice. In this role, she is responsible for the research, development, and commercialization of new products and digital tools related to support functions, shared services, capability sourcing, and business process redesign/automation. She also leads CFO outreach efforts.
In her client-facing work, Emilia primarily focuses on optimizing support functions and shared services, including opportunity identification, transformation management, and digitization/automation.
Emilia is also a leader in Bain’s Benchmarking capability. She established Bain’s global Benchmarking Center several years ago and currently serves on the data governance committee while directly leading the Support Functions Center of Excellence.
Beyond her work in Corporate Support, Emilia has extensive experience in commercial due diligence for the private equity industry and has worked on strategy projects across multiple sectors.
Originally from Argentina, Emilia has lived in Los Angeles, CA, for more than 25 years. Within the Los Angeles office, she co-leads the local Latins@Bain chapter.
Emilia studied business administration at Universidad de San Andrés (Buenos Aires) and earned her MBA with honors from Columbia Business School (NYC). She joined Bain & Company in 2001.
