Alan De Riz is a member of the Consumer Products, Retail and Sustainability practices and has more than ten years of consulting experience.
He specializes in developing strategies in sustainability, operating model, marketing and M&A for leading international retailers and consumer goods companies.
De Riz has also developed numerous successful growth and transformation strategies for global consumer product marketers. His deep expertise in organizational transformation has been demonstrated while leading a PMO project for a global consumer goods company.
Alan De Riz holds a master's degree in management, technology and economics from ETH Zurich and a bachelor's degree from ETH Zurich.
