At 1:30 p.m. December 20 last year, 15 married women in their 30-40s—wearing a full makeup and suits—gathered in the basement of Fashion Group Hyungji’s headquarters in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. These ladies were being interviewed for “Super Working Mom Returns,” a program for hiring women with a discontinued career—due to childbirth and childrearing—as monitors.
