Sam Kaye

Sam is a member of our Private Equity and Technology and Cloud Services practices.

An expert in the diligence of software and technology assets, Sam has spent over a decade working on due diligence and post-acquisition value creation for some of the world’s largest private equity groups. He specializes in Technology with extensive experience in software including cyber security, tech-enabled business services, education, and edtech.

Sam holds a BA and MPhil in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from INSEAD.
