Nicolas Hoffmann

Nicolas Hoffmann is a member of our Organization and Agile practices.

Nico has been with our firm for well over 10 years and led projects across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. His engagements have included diagnostics and concept development, works council negotiations and implementation support, as well as change management and communications. He has also supported several clients in their agile transformation.

In addition to his client work, Nico is in charge of our firm’s agile trainings across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. He is also deeply involved in our recruiting efforts.

He holds a doctorate degree in marketing from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
