Maximilian Lanig is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has more than 10 years’ experience in the industrial goods and services industry, working with senior executives and management teams to address their most pressing operational and strategic issues.

Maximilian specializes in advising leading industrial companies on large-scale transformation and restructuring projects, with a special focus on manufacturing 4.0 and digital operations. He has advised many leading European Industrials on all aspects of corporate transformation ranging from operational value creation to corporate finance and strategy.

He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of St. Gallen and a Master's in Finance from the London School of Economics.
