Greg Geusic is a member of our Private Equity practice. He focuses on the technology, software, and tech-enabled/business services sectors.
Greg supports investors and portfolio companies across the full investment lifecycle. His experience spans mid-market and large-cap buyouts, growth equity, public markets and add-on M&A. He has completed over 100 due diligence projects and supported portfolio companies and public clients across growth strategy, value creation and M&A efforts.
Earlier in his Bain career, he worked across a wide range of industries, including industrials, technology, consumer products, retail, and healthcare, supporting Fortune 500 clients globally on growth strategy, transformation, and M&A topics.
Greg has a strong interest in climate and sustainability topics and has supported investors and portfolio companies across a range of themes in the sector.
Outside of client work, Greg leads the Boston office's training efforts for consultants and has held multiple office social and culture-building leadership roles.
He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.
