Department and Role Overview

EMEA HR Operations is a part of a global team and collaborates closely with Bain offices across the EMEA region. Professional Development (PD) Junior Administrator in EMEA HR Ops team will work closely (remotely from Bain GBS Warsaw office) with local HR teams from Bain offices across EMEA on day to day tasks and processes. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Organizing logistics around consultant review cycles
  • Generating case end reviews and PD reviews in PD review system, sending reminders, following up with the PD/HR team, communicating with consultants
  • Tracking case end reviews and PD reviews’ statuses
  • Preparing supporting materials for PD Review meetings and/or creating other slides/materials related to PD Review meeting discussions
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the upward feedback cycle (criteria depending on the Office supported, e.g. high response rate, all upward feedback collected by the end of the cycle for all individuals, etc).
  • Designing, developing, and implementing a data-driven approach to regular reporting of case review, PD review, and upward feedback metrics
  • Supporting mentor/sponsor programs

The role is based in Warsaw and we are working hybrid (40% of the time you will be required to work from the office).

Requirements:

  • BA degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience 
  • 1- 2 years of experience in HR administration or professional services 
  • Previous use of HR systems nice to have
  • Record of customer-facing experience and collaboration with diverse teams
  • Fluent English (at least C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and high adaptability to working environment
  • Great communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proactive approach and strong problem solving skills
