WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will, as the Coordinator, Global Investment Services (GIS) Investor Relations (IR) collaborate with the Group’s Senior Manager of IR & Fund Admin, Vice President and other team members in support of the various initiatives of the Investor Relations functions within GIS and the operations of the Investment Committee.  Provide support for a diversified range of team projects, requiring thorough knowledge of policies and procedures and effective communication within the GIS team and investors. The position will also support administrative and other related duties as required.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

Investor Relations & Fund Admin (75%)

You will coordinate investor communications, including:

  • capital call & distribution notices; late payment notices as needed
  • quarterly update notifications
  • distribution of tax information and reports
  • postings to the investor reporting portal & assist with investor access

You will assist with management of investor data records, including: 

  • CRM and bank account data updates     
  • Coordinate recordkeeping & storage of investor documentation in accordance with record retention policies

You will assist with annual investor eligibility survey and related requests 

You will assist with fundraising and related requests 


Investment Committee (25%)

•           You will coordinate calendars, materials and other logistics for semi-monthly and ad-hoc meetings of the Investment Committees

•           You will maintain documentation of the general partner entities including meeting minutes, board consents and other activities to support the Investment Committees

•           You will assist the Vice President with preparation and distribution of deferred compensation awards

•           You will coordinate and arrange for occasional travel schedule and expense reporting


ABOUT YOU

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience and 2 to 4 years experience in a related function and/or experience with financial data.


  • Strong customer service, organization and communication skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple work streams, prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Meticulous attention to detail   
  • Working knowledge of various software tools including SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat or similar software programs
  • Availability outside of normal business hours.
