Shweta Bhardwaj is a member of our Consumer Products, Retail, and Customer Strategy & Marketing practices.

Shweta has over 20 years of management consulting experience. She predominantly advises consumer products and retail clients on growth topics, including consumer strategy, marketing and digital acceleration, delivering remarkable experiences, and operating model transformation. 

Shweta was a Founding Partner of Bain’s Consumer Lab and has published a number of white papers on evolving consumer behaviors and their direct implications for Brands, including The Great [Consumer] Reluctance, Bain’s Retail Holiday Newsletter Series, and A Field Guide to Modern Marketing.

In addition to client and research work, Shweta actively participates in people development at Bain, including global training programs, mentorship activities, and promotion evaluations for leadership.

Shweta joined Bain in 2004. She has partnered with clients across the Americas and APAC, having formerly worked in our Atlanta and New Delhi offices in addition to Boston. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S., with honors, from the University of Virginia.
