Ali Tmart is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, with specific expertise in airlines / aerospace, logistics and transportation. He is also a member of our Energy & Natural Resources and Private Equity practices.
Since joining Bain in 2015, Ali has advised his clients on topics spanning from corporate strategy and performance optimization (notably support functions and procurement) to M&A and merger integration.
Ali has led several large-scale transformation and performance improvement programs, with a specific emphasis on operating model redesign, alignment, and hard & soft aspects related to change management.
His internal roles at Bain comprise a core contribution to our recruiting activities and his school captain role for CentraleSupélec.
Ali holds a Master of Science from École Centrale Paris and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, with distinction.
