Stephanie Koszyk is a leader in our Global Retail practice.
An expert in global retail trends, Stephanie leads our research on the future of the retail industry, across several sub-sectors. She also leads the development of our service offerings for Retail Media, Technology in Retail, and Private Brands.
Stephanie is a core author of Bain’s renowned annual “Retail Holiday Newsletter” series and “M&A in Retail Report”.
She regularly advises clients across retail sectors, including grocery, warehouse clubs, cash and carry stores, general merchandise, and foodservice. She has specific expertise in performance improvement, merchandising, technology, retail media, and organization design. Recent examples of Stephanie's client work include the go-to-market Retail Media plan for a $100B US grocer, the IT transformation of a $14B US food service company and a store operations transformation for a $14B US retailer.
Outside of her client engagements, she is an active member of our Women at Bain program, local recruiting efforts and global training programs.
Stephanie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was designated a Baker Scholar. She also earned a B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a B.E.Sc. in Integrated Engineering from Western University. Stephanie is also trained in Agile Scrum ways of working.
