Stéphane Busse

Stéphane Busse is a member of our Financial Services and Enterprise Technology practices.

He has more than 15 years of experience in information technology and regularly advises clients on IT and digital strategy, performance improvement, and outsourcing and offshoring. His industry-agnostic capabilities include transformation, operating model design, post-M&A integration and data analytics.

Stéphane’s most recent case work spans the insurance, banking and telecommunications services provider sectors. He has also led a range of diligence efforts for private equity funds.

Stéphane’s major cases have included:

• The global innovation strategy for a leading multinational insurance firm
• The Zero-based Redesign (ZBR) of an IT investment portfolio for a large European bank
• Digital and analytics strategy development for an insurance services provider
• The IT services strategy overhaul of a major European communication services provider.

Prior to joining us, he served as a managing director and head of digital financial services for another global consulting firm. He also spent six years in the engineering and professional services branch of a software analytics firm, as well as four years as a doctoral fellow and teacher at the University of Paris.

Stéphane holds a Ph.D. in mathematics from Pierre & Marie Curie University and a B.Sc. in mathematics and economy from Paris Dauphine University.
