Sophia Xin

Sophia Xin is a member of our Advanced Analytics practice.

She has over 15 years of management consulting experience and has supported clients with digital and AI transformation from strategy to result delivery.

Sophia leads cross-functional teams to deliver cases in decision intelligence, operation optimization, AI application development, and data governance.

She also led Bain China's digital ecosystem development and partnerships, supporting multinational corporations in building localized digital ecosystems in China and helping Chinese clients expand overseas by leveraging world-leading techniques.

Sophia holds an MSc in Management and Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a BSc in Information Systems and Management from the University of Science and Technology of China.
